Well, I’m staying in tonight and will probably be asleep before midnight… A real party animal! Ha… Honestly the only time I go out on New Year’s Eve is when I’m shooting a wedding – this one is from a year ago tonight. Margi and Dan had their intimate wedding in their home on Beacon Hill. I was only with them for about an hour or so, but it was so beautiful and emotional.

Meagan and Bill’s wedding was on a perfectly lovely day in June, and I have to say it was also perfectly lovely itself! The girls (and the guys) looked classic – I loved the dresses – both the style and color (green is my favorite!), and of course Meagan was stunning. We started at the Park Plaza in Boston, took the trolley to Copley Square for some photos, then headed over to the Marsh Chapel for more photos and the ceremony, and finished the evening with dinner (amazing) and dancing at Maggiano’s. Meagan and Bill did a “first look” at the hotel – it was very sweet!

Mary Beth and Matt had a scorcher of a day – it was one of those 100 degree days in July – do you remember? I do, I was about seven months pregnant – hard to forget the swollen feet! Funnily enough, we did their engagement photos on a cold December afternoon in Boston…

Well, they had a beautiful ceremony on a hillside, under the shade of a giant oak tree, outside of Hampshire College’s Red Barn. And, once inside in the a/c, the party really got started!

Everyone looked amazing, and I love how Matt was constantly making Mary Beth (and everyone else) laugh throughout the day. They wanted to do most of the photos beforehand, so these first few images are of their “first look” of the day.
