Okay, so there are a lot of detail photos in this post, I hope you are ready for some Christmas wedding magic. Seriously, the folks at the Commander’s Mansion go all-out in decorating for the holidays. Everywhere I turned, into each little room or corner, there was something else. Truly gorgeous! And that magic definitely was felt by the guests as we all got ready for the snowfall to come… Kind of like snuggling in for the night with 100 of your closest friends and relatives… But instead of cocoa by the fire, it was daaaancin’ all night long. And then there was the photobooth craziness that ensued (we’ll leave those ones out of the blog, ahem).

I love it for a Christmas wedding – personalized ornaments as favors for the guests.

There might not have been cocoa, but make no mistake, there was something for everyone’s sweet tooth in this dessert buffet… I snuck a macaron after all the guests had gone through… My first one ever, and I think I might have been spoiled by it!

I just had to sneak in a couple of Sherika and Geoff – I photographed their engagement session and wedding a few years ago… So nice when I get to catch up with people, *and* Sherika designed and made all of the gorgeous wraps that the bridesmaids wore.

So, remember in the first post when I said that Stephanie’s one wish was for snow on her wedding day? One of the reasons is *this* shot. One of the last shots of the night as we were packing up to go and we got out there in the cold and snow for just one more… Perfection.
