Hello! And welcome to my little “client lounge” – a place where I’ve rounded up some links and helpful things to know about what the process will be like from here through the wedding day and after.

The Engagement Session
If your package includes an engagement session, we will start planning that as soon as possible – at least to get a general time frame of when/where you’d like to do it (typically I like to know a general month or season you’re looking to shoot it, then we set the date about a month ahead of time). Engagement sessions can be rescheduled if there is a good chance of rain (unless you want rainy engagement photos!).
I get the preview photos up on Facebook a few days after the shoot, and you are always free to share with anyone you’d like! You can also use any of your engagement/wedding photos as your profile pic. Also, you can share on any social media you’d like (a link back or credit to Brett Alison Photography on Facebook or my website is always appreciated!)
The full gallery will be up on my private proofing site (usually within 4 weeks of the shoot) – you can share that gallery with your friends/family or keep it to yourself. You also will have the option to password-protect the gallery.
You can then either get a download password to directly download the high-resolution images, or I can send you a DVD of images.

About 4-6 weeks before the wedding, I will be sending you an info sheet to fill out (via Google Docs). This will really flesh out the full timeline in more detail, with locations, as well as any additional locations for photos. I also like to go over any VIPs that I should look for on the day of, and a list of family/friend combinations as well. I want to make sure we’re not forgetting anything the day of the wedding, and you can relax and know I’ve got it covered!
After the wedding you will also be getting a Facebook preview (within a week of the wedding) and the full online gallery (within 6 weeks after the wedding). I will send you a USB of all the high-resolution images with printing rights once the full gallery is up.
Your print credit gives you the freedom to decide what combination of prints/canvas/albums you’d like after the wedding. If you decide to order an album, you can be as involved or not as you’d like in the process. Typically, you would choose the images, then from there I would personally design the album spreads and put it up in a slideshow where you will be able to have final say over any changes.
To see the current album covers that are available, click here. There are many different options, ranging in size from 4×4 inches to 12×12 inches. You can add a cameo as well as engraving.
Print sizes range from 4×6 to 24×36 and canvas options run from 8×12 to 30×40.
