Kingston State Park Engagement Session || Leanne and Kevin

On a snowy winter day such as today, what better time to look back at these photos from Leanne and Kevin’s fun winter engagement session at Kingston State Park? I am always amazed at how committed my clients are - it was about 14 degrees on this day, and you can bet I was bundled and re-bundled in my sweaters, coat and double mittens (not to mention fleece leggings and snow pants!). Of course, I am quite the wimp in the New England cold, despite having lived up here for almost twenty years now.

Anyhow! Back to Leanne and Kevin. There are just so sweet and cute and up for anything! During the winter, Kingston State Park closes the gates, so you have to hike in to get to the lake. It’s not a long walk, and thankfully it gave us a chance to get our blood moving before the photos started. Kingston State Park is one of my new favorite spots for an engagement session in southern New Hampshire - especially in winter when you pretty much have the whole place to yourself. And we were lucky that there was just enough snow to make it pretty but not so much that we had to trudge through a foot of it.

Leanne and Kevin got married this past November and I’ll be sharing those photos here soon as well!
