The Landing at Pine Point Wedding || Adam and Brenna

A winter wedding on Maine’s coast, complete with snow and twinkly lights! What more could you want? Seriously, Adam and Brenna’s wedding at the Landing at Pine Point in Scarborough, Maine, was absolutely perfect.

I knew the day was going to be so much fun, after having spent a beautiful afternoon the previous winter with these two for their engagement photos. I know they would be up for anything, and I wasn’t wrong! When the snow started falling, they (and their brave wedding party) were all for staying outside to get the most of the light while we still could. And it was definitely worth it! I love how their snowy magical wedding photos came out.

Here’s a little about how they met, from Brenna: I started at UNE Physician Assistant program in Portland ME in June 2018. My first week on campus I was studying in the courtyard outside when I heard a young guy giving a tour. Eavesdropping, I learned he was a recent graduate of the same PA program. I noticed he was cute and friendly (plus smart obviously). I was too shy to go over and say anything - but then we connected on a dating app within a few days! I was nervous about dating a potential future colleague, so didn’t respond right away. Luckily he extended the match before time ran out! He convinced me to meet for coffee and the rest is history ;)

The day started out at this gorgeous AirBNB rental at….. It had so much space for everyone to get ready and of course the beautiful view of the water right out the windows. One bonus of of getting ready in a place like this is that there are lots of options for photos with some nice and airy backdrops.

I absolutely love Brenna and her bridesmaids in their matching pajamas, and how much fun they were having during these photos!

A few emotional moments between Brenna and her mom as she was getting ready… I love playing with the light a little and getting some silhouettes as well (and seeing the beautiful beach view out the window!).

I am always here for some amazing bridesmaids reactions! But can I also say how stunning they all look in these fabulous dresses (and I have to say my absolute favorite color)…

Then we all headed to St Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Scarborough for the ceremony. The snow hadn’t started just yet!

Now for the fun snowy photos!

So glad we also got to go back to the beach and that Adam and Brenna and their wedding party were all very willing to get a little frosty for some beautiful photos! What a way for me to end my year, it was so much fun and I just love how these came out.

This was my first time for a wedding at the Landing at Pine Point - what a gorgeous wedding venue in southern Maine. I love the vaulted wood ceilings - everything felt so cozy and warm on this snowy winter night.

I also am in love with the lit-up neon sign with their last name and the arbor and greenery behind them. What a nice backdrop for their sweetheart table!

Oh my gosh, what a moment… Adam wrote and performed a special song just for Brenna (with their friend/groomsman accompanying him on piano), and it was just incredible!

And then a quick round of the “shoe game” which is always fun! Ask your DJ about it if you want to do a fun little game during your reception.

What an awesome idea! Brenna changed halfway through the reception into this adorable jumpsuit. Then she’s free to dance the night away, and not worry about the bustle breaking on her dress (which if you are planning on getting down on the dance floor, happens all too often), and I’m sure this was also a lot cooler too!

One last show outside in the snow, with the cafe lights - perfection!
